You have a medical issue and need a doctor’s input. Simply log-in to the Online Physician section of the website provide in your enrollment kit and submit your question confidentially and securely.

Once your question is submitted, it is directed to a physician for response. Physician responses are authoritative and made within 24 hours from time of the request, with most responses arriving in three to four hours. Problems that require a more rapid response should be directed to your physician or an emergency facility.

When the physician replies an email will be sent to you informing you it’s time to log back in to your private Inbox to read their response. Feel free to ask as many follow-up questions as necessary to ensure that your question has been answered to your complete satisfaction.

How do I get my answer?
To ensure your privacy and security, the doctor’s response is stored on a secure website and is only accessible by logging in using your personal login name and password. An email notification is sent to your primary email address notifying you that the physician has responded to your question.
